Benefits:

  • High foaming for full, adhesive and prolonged coverage to all vertical, angled andhorizontal hard surfaces
  • Dissolve Mineral deposits
  • Free, easy, rinsing
  • Does not contain Hydrochloric acid

Application:

A dry cleaning stage is recommended to remove heavy soiling and debris from the surfaces by brushing or scrapping as appropriate.

Pre wet surfaces before applying the Foam Acid solution.

Always add the Foam Acid concentrate to the water, and NOT the water to the concentrate and do not use water exceeding 50°C.

  • Foam application: Prepare a dilution of 1:100 ( 1% - 100 mls per 10 litres of water) and apply to the surfaces using an appropriate foam generating lance. The volume required will be approximately 300 mls of solution per square metre of surface. The foam should be allowed to remain in contact with the surface for 20 to a maximum of 30 minutes.
  • Low pressure cleaning: Prepare a dilution of 1:100 to 1:200 ( 1% to 0.5%, 100-50 mls per 10 litres of water) depending on the level of soiling. The higher the level of soiling the higher the dilution. The volume required will be 250-500 mls (or to the point of run off) of solution per square metre of surface.

For either application rinse the surface with clean water using a power washer. Allow the surfaces to dry. Check the surfaces for any visual dirt/dust. If there is either any dirt or dust be prepared to rinse again with low pressure. Surfaces should be allowed to dry before being disinfected.

  • Manual cleaning and immersion of equipment: Prepare a new solution daily at the dilution of 1:200 (0.5%, 50 mls per 10 litres of hot water – not exceeding 50°C) for tank soak or immersion cleaning. Soak or immerse for 20 to 30 minutes, maximum. Scrub as appropriate and rinse thoroughly after soaking/immersing.
